and each new expansion pack just adds that much more diversity and depth. SD is a huge step forward and the learning curve "could be" a bit complicated.however that does not mean you cannot just pick out some grooves and go with it.because you can but if you want to tweak deep.well you can do that too, You can tweak each kit piece, swap them out if you wish, tune them, remap them, re mic them, reorder the bleed of each mic, then add on effects send your channels to sends wher you can mix and match to your hearts content and then push it all out to busses.you can choose full kits, half kits, how to humanize it, adjust the envlope of each kit piece that is just getting started.in fact toon track has a You Tube channel why don't you search a few of them video's and take a gander.they move quickly there but you'll get the idea. Anyway let's put it this way.Do you like to mess withknobs and tweak? if so.well SD may be the thing for you.If you like to just throw a drummer up there and maybe tweak minimal then EZ Drummer is for you. EZ Drummer is no slouch, you can get a lot out of it with tweaking. SD is a great is leaps and bounds above EZ Drummer.but. In fact they do thei a couple of times a year so if you can hold out.(save some more you will be able to afford several expansions also superior does go on sale along with their expansion packs.so I NEVER buy them at full price.I always wait) Any way.your answer is yes. Biggs Toon track has a lot of sales.in fact if you can keep it in check at memorial day and / or 4th of July EZ drummer expansions packs will go on sale for almost half of what they usually retail for.
